Cannot be used if all random creature skills are level 0.

Step-by-step instruction

1. Open pet skills (1 level)
2. Reset skills by the potion of change (for creatures)
3. Open only the NECESSARY skills
4. Use "Soul Creature Selective Potion" make level 0 skills not open again
5. This process is repeated until all skills become "useful".
