Beta version of the new launcher.

1. In the game folder, a new launcher Beta_Launcher.exe
2. Launch
3. Click to play

The main new feature is the stabilization of the Internet connection.  Allows the game to work even with a bad internet connection.

For the application to work, you need:

• .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime (x86)
