Log of PVP/PVE balance changes. Part 7


New format of conferences on PVP / PVE balance.

The administrator sends special tables on the balance of GMs 7 top guilds (at the time of sending the tables). Guild Masters discuss balance with guild members and fill in tables based on these discussions. By the appointed time, they return the completed table to the administration. The administration examines the information in the table and decides what changes to introduce or not.

Most of the changes will take effect after a server restart.

Domestication dodger: 120% -> 80%

Creature Purification: Cooldown 30 sec > 60 sec Removes All DOT effects 30% chance (basic lvl) +5% chance per skill card lvl
